Shannah Biggan, Ph.D. ABPP is a board-certified clinical neuropsychologist who has been practicing in Tucson since 1998. Dr. Biggan completed her doctoral training at Queen’s University and the University of Victoria, and became board-certified in 2004. Dr. Biggan performs neuropsychological evaluations for children and adults, as well as medico-legal evaluations. She has also run a community support group for survivors of traumatic brain injury for the last 15 years. She resides with her husband and three children in Tucson, and is involved in the Tucson softball community.

Lauri Yablick, Ph.D., M.S.C.P. has been practicing as a licensed psychologist in Arizona since 1991, and in New Mexico since 2009. She completed her graduate studies at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, with an emphasis in geriatrics, and completed a post-doctoral Master’s degree in clinical psychopharmacology through Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2011. Her practice at Neuropsychology, Ltd. includes adult and geriatric neuropsychological evaluations, and individual psychotherapy. She also enjoys her consulting work at a long-term care facility near Silver City, New Mexico, and her involvement in the training of practicum students, interns, and post-doctoral fellows.

Richard Jennen, Psy.D. received a Doctorate of Psychology (Clinical Psychology) from the Arizona School of Professional Psychology (Argosy/Phoenix). He completed his internship at The Watson Institute in Pennsylvania where he specialized in pediatric neuropsychology and pervasive developmental disorders (autism spectrum disorders). Prior to internship he completed two one year externships, one in adult and one in pediatric neuropsychology. He completed his postdoctoral residency at Neuropsychology Ltd in Tucson where he specialized in both pediatric and adult neuropsychology. He has worked with populations such as autistic spectrum disorders, learning disabilities, developmental disabilities, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorders, behavioral disorders, acquired traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, pediatric cancer patients, brain tumors, and with a variety of other disabilities and genetic disorders.

Gretchen Schoenfield, Ph.D. is a clinical neuropsychologist who is completing her second year of postdoctoral residency at Neuropsychology Ltd. Dr. Schoenfield completed her doctoral training at the University of Arizona, became a licensed psychologist in 2012, and plans to pursue board certification in clinical neuropsychology upon completion of her postdoctoral residency. Dr. Schoenfield performs neuropsychological evaluations for children and adults. She resides with her family in Tucson, and enjoys reading, running, and music.

George Bialkowski, Psy.D. completed undergraduate studies at DePaul University, and earned his Doctoral Degree from Midwestern University. He completed an internship with the Regina Qu’Appelle Health Region in Saskatchewan, Canada, with a concentration in child neuropsychology, focusing in particular on fetal alcohol syndrome. Dr. Bialkowski finished his postdoctoral residency at Neuropsychology Ltd. in 2012, with a specialization in adult neuropsychology. Dr. Bialkowski performs neuropsychological evaluations with both children and adults, and has extensive experience counseling the child and adolescent population. He moved to Tucson from Chicago with his wife, and is an avid photographer.

Sarah B. Burger, Ph.D. is a postdoctoral resident working under the supervision of Dr. Biggan and Dr. Yablick while pursuing licensure and board certification as a clinical neuropsychologist. Dr. Burger completed her doctoral training at the University of Arizona and her predoctoral internship at the University Medical Center. She performs neuropsychological evaluations for children and adults and has experience and prior training in individual, couples and family therapy. She also teaches courses at Pima Community College and conducts research through the University of Arizona. Dr. Burger resides with her husband and daughter in Tucson and enjoys cooking and baking in her spare time.


Lauren Waldbillig, B.A. graduated from the University of Arizona in 2009 earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, with a minor in Spanish and Philosophy. She joined Neuropsychology Ltd. in 2010, has since become an integral staff member, and is presently awaiting certification from the Board of Certified Psychometrists. As head technician, Ms. Waldbillig maintains full responsibility and oversight in training all incoming technicians and graduate students (who are completing their externships and internships) to ensure their familiarity, competency and proficiency with various neuropsychological tests and administration. An outdoor enthusiast, she enjoys traveling, spending time near the ocean, and hiking.

Jenny Cosgrove, B.A. graduated from the University of Arizona in 2007, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She is currently enrolled in the Master of Social Work Program at the Arizona State University, specializing in Gerontology and Geriatric Care. Prior to working at Neuropsychology Ltd. in 2011, Mrs. Cosgrove held a University research assistant position in the Neuropsychology, Emotion and Memory Laboratory. An alumna of the Sigma Kappa Sorority, she is a member of the Philanthropic Advisory Board and is the Vice President of Membership and Programming of the Tucson Alumnae Chapter.
